Lovestitch Dresses Try-On

Amora Polka Dot Knot Front Dress

This midi-dress is one of my favorites of the batch. The subtle polka dot detailing is absolutely adorable and not overpowering. There is a really subtle faux knot detail on the front that gives this dress a little more shape. The buttons on this dress are functional and the straps are adjustable if you want to show a little more skin. The back of this dress is elastic so it is going to work with your bust size and body type. If you are on the bustier side, I highly suggest going up a size. I had to Hollywood Tape between the top two buttons so it didn’t pull open.

I am wearing the size small and I think it fits true to size. The fabric is so lightweight and soft so it gives you that easy, breezy feel. It is such a great length that works with any pair of shoes whether it be sandals, flops, wedges, or heels. There is a slit in the front under the buttons as well as 2 on the side. This is an extremely versatile dress that you can wear extremely casually to the beach or the pool but can also be dressed up. I suggest wearing a tailored or cropped white blazer and a pair of heels and you are ready for date night! This dress is only $58 and well worth every penny, in my opinion!

Sunniva Strapless Dress

The Sunniva strapless dress is another beautiful option for summer. This dress is the most comfortable out of the entire try-on-session. The fabric makes this dress feel as though you are still wearing your PJs! If you are looking for a summer look that is extremely comfortable, stylish and affordable this dress is a must have. This dress is only $62 and does come in black as well. If you’re someone like me that ruins white the instant you put it on then the black might be for you!

I am wearing the size small and think this dress fits true to size. I would not suggest going up or down a size. This dress is extremely easy to pull on and off since there is an elastic waist and hem. No need to worry about pulling anything over your head and ruining your hair and makeup. The elastic hem on the top is extremely comfortable and does not cut into your skin at all but it is still tight enough to hold the dress up.

This dress has a faux wrap skirt with a self tying belt. Best of all, this dress is fully lined so you don’t have to worry about anything be see-through at all. And there are 2 pockets! I feel like that is a must on any summer dress! This is definitely a great option for any summer or beach vacation.

Sienna Black Wrap Mini Dress

Say hello to the only little black dress in this try-on-session. Y’all know how much I love my black clothing even in the Spring and Summer. Of course, I made no exception with this cute little black wrap mini dress!

This dress is priced right at $60 and is a must have if you need a dressier, lightweight black dress for summer. I always love keeping a dress like this readily available for any evening events I need to look a little dressier in black. This dress will also transition into Fall really well. Throw on a pair of black OTK boots and a Moto jacket and you are good to go. Or you can even style this dress with tights and a pair of cute booties. It is an extremely versatile LBD.

Let’s talk details. I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. Wrap dresses are always more forgiving just because you can tailor the fit to your specific body type with how loose or tight you make these dresses. I wear my wrap dresses on the tighter side to show that I do have a figure. This dress is not lined but it is a dark black material that is not see-through. Another detail I just love are the ruffle cap sleeves and hem. They had such a fun detail to a simple black dress.

This wrap dress does provide a lot of coverage. That is my main worry when wearing wrap dresses is how loose they get and if they start showing more skin than they should. Thankfully, this dress stayed put the entire day. The top is very full coverage as well. I had no cleavage showing, even after wearing it around running errands.

Oversized Cave Creek Tote

Can we talk about how amazing this tote is? It is massive and I can’t get enough of it! I feel like there is nothing worse than getting a beach tote that won’t even fit all of your beach or pool necessities! This tote could 100% fit a small child.

It is a little on the pricier side at $109 but the quality and size of this tote are out of this world. Trust me when I say that it is worth the splurge. It is oversized, double diamond patterned with a staple closure. This tote even has cute tassel detailing! It comes in a whopping NINE different color options too so if you want something a little brighter, they’ve got you covered. The shell is made up of 60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic and this bag has one interior pocket. Measurements are 22″ x 18″.

Farrah Striped Dress

This striped dress literally gives me all of the retro vibes. I don’t know why but something about it reminds me of the 80s and 90s. I’m an 80s baby so I most likely had a dress that closely resembled the colors or fabric of this dress!

This is a midi style summer dress priced at $68. The fit is so flattering I couldn’t recommend this dress more. It almost fits like a fit-and-flare style dress which means the top is tighter and the bottom flows out even more. I always suggest this style of dress to people who are a tough fit because the flowing skirt detail is going to hide any flaws you have going on below the belt. I know we all have those muffin top worries or want to hide our thick thighs, etc. Fit-and-flare dresses are extremely flattering on any body type.

I am wearing the size small and think this dress fits true to size. The back is smocked/elastic so it is going to work with your bust size. The front buttons are not functional which I see as a blessing. If you are on the bustier side, you don’t have to worry about the buttons pulling open. The straps on this dress are adjustable as well. There are 2 pockets on this dress which makes me love it even more! I would suggest wearing nude undergarments with this dress. It is made of 100% cotton but I couldn’t really get a feel on how see-through it actually was.

Sadly, the belt does not come with this dress. I wanted more of a fitted feel so I just grabbed a cheapie wrap belt that I’ve had for almost 15 years and it was the perfect accessory.

Eliza Floral Dress

I saved one of my favorites for last. This floral dress is such a stunner for summer and is priced at $80. I can’t get over how beautiful and flattering the fit is. It has the look of a midi and a maxi dress combined with the handkerchief hem details. The style is very boho with a delicate, vintage paisley, floral print covering the entire dress. The kimono sleeves make this dress extremely comfortable as well. If you’re not a huge fan of the red there is a blue option too!

I am wearing the size small and do think this dress runs on the larger side. I would definitely suggest sizing down if you are in-between sizes. Sadly, this dress does not come in an XS but the small fit perfectly once I belted the waist.

This dress does come with a clasp on the front so you don’t have to worry about exposing yourself. The back of this dress is probably my favorite detail. It has an open back that ties up top. The ties have the cutest white tassels adorning the ends. There is a lining in this dress but honestly, you have 2-3 layers of the handkerchief hem so you shouldn’t have any issues with the dress being see-through.

There is an elastic waist which I don’t think I mentioned in my try-on videos. This dress is extremely easy to step in and out of so you don’t have to worry about messing up your hair or make-up.
