I’m finally back and unpacked from the most epic vacation. As most of y’all know by now, I just got back from Turks & Caicos with Amaryllis Apparel. They flew 8 of us gals out to the most stunning island to showcase some of their new, summer looks! I tried to be diligent about posting my outfits on Stories each day but ended up leaving quite a few out or not even wearing some of my looks all together! This blog post is a recap of each piece I wore and didn’t get a chance to wear, complete with details on sizing and pricing. Aruba Set

This was one of my favorite Amaryllis Apparel looks from the trip. The strapless top is fully smocked to give you a great fit no matter your body type. It isn’t lined but it isn’t see through. I am wearing pasties underneath and there is room if you want to wear a strapless bra. The pants have elastic in the back as a tie in the front. There are shorts underneath along with the most comfortable faux pant legs. This would be the perfect outfit for a summer vacation, a pool day or even lunch out with friends.

This set is selling out extremely fast though. The size small is sold out but there are Mediums and Larges left. I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. It’s priced at $45 and is 20% off with code DTK20.

Oahu One Piece

This is by far the sexiest and most versatile suit from the trip. The fact that you can wear it 2 ways makes it even more worth the purchase. Its priced at only $37 plus 20% off with code DTK20. Ashlee and I wanted to shoot this suit together so you could see how versatile it is when wearing it different ways on different body types.

I personally think this is one of the most flattering one piece suits I have ever worn. It also works really well if you have a long torso. This suit ties at the neck so you can adjust how long or short the fit is. This suit is selling out pretty quick. The small and medium sizes are sold out but the XS and large are still available. I am wearing the size small and Ashlee is wearing the size medium. We both think this suit fits true to size.

Pink and Tie-Dye Island Time Bikini

This bikini is another flattering suit from Amaryllis. The high waisted bottoms work extremely well on almost every body type. If you have a longer torso I always suggest trying out high waisted bikini bottoms. They are going to even your proportions out and smooth any imperfections. The fit of the top is beautiful with the ruffle detailing and off the shoulder detail. There are 2 cups in the top to give a little extra support. It also comes in 2 colors; a blush pink and a navy/pink tie-dye. I loved this suit so much I have both!

I’m wearing the size small in each and they fit true to size. The tie-dye is selling out fast. The XS and S are the only sizes available but the blush pink is fully stocked. It is only $40 for both the top and bottom.

Lace-up One Piece

This lace-up one piece and cover-up combo is another favorite of mine for summer. I wore this on our yacht day and fell in love with the details on this suit besides the fact it doesn’t work well with longer torsos. If you have a shorter torso I definitely recommend this suit. If you have a longer torso and want to try it out anyway I suggest sizing up.

I sized up to a medium for length and it fit much better than the small. The ties on the side are fully adjustable so you can work customizing the size to work with your body type. This one piece is still fully stocked from XS-L and is priced at $37.

Camellia Kimono

Say hello to the most gorgeous cover-up you’ve ever seen. This kimono is so versatile. Not only can you wear it as a cover-up, it also works as a kimono over shorts and a top or even over some sexy lingerie! The white lace is so beautiful and feminine. It is so lightweight and breezy it’s not going to be too hot by the pool or at the beach.

It is one size fits all and priced at $37.

Not So Basic Henley Bikini

As I was looking through my phone I realized that I never actually did a try-on session in this bikini. I shot in it multiple times and before I could film it, Jordan wanted to wear it. I presume it is now residing in her home because it did not come home with me!

This is definitely one of the coolest bikinis. Amaryllis actually did an amazing job with all of their suits. They are all so different with the prettiest details. This bikini comes in 2 colors; this rust and a blush pink. I haven’t seen a bikini this color so I obviously went for something different.

I am wearing the size small in the top and bottom. The buttons and tie are both fully functional so you can adjust as needed for sizing. The bottoms were a little on the cheeky side but not too bad. Both colors are still fully stocked from XS-L. The suit is only $40 plus 20% off with DTK20.

Beach Chic Jumpsuit

I cannot tell you how many times this crochet romper has sold out. This cover-up was by far the favorite of all the girls in the group. There weren’t many pieces that we all picked but this was one of them. It has sold out multiple times so I’m not sure how many more times they will be restocking. If you’ve been eyeing it I would definitely suggest getting it sooner than later.

It’s priced at $43 and stocked from XS-XL. I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. The waist is a very comfortable elastic and the tie on the front is adjustable as well. I just can’t get over how gorgeous the lace/crochet detailing is along with the bell sleeves. Such a beautiful piece for summer.

Sorrento Stripe Dress

This dress is one of my favorite mini dresses of the trip and it has been restocked! Y’all went crazy for this dress when I posted my try-on in Turks so I wanted to add this into the post. The details on this dress are just stunning. The ladder sides and plunging v front make for a head turning fit that is perfect for a summer vacation or even lunching with friends.

I wearing the size small and feel that this dress fits true to size. It is only $45 and fully stocked!

Staycation Set

This was one of the outfits that I had chosen prior to the trip that I was so excited to wear and then never wore it. After going back and looking through photos I literally only wore bathing suits and dresses the entire time. That doesn’t mean I won’t be wearing it in Austin!

I am wearing a size small in this set and it runs true to size. I suggest that if you are on the bustier side or in-between sizes to order up. There is some elastic on the back of the top but it was still a little constricting for me. I could have gone with the medium for a looser, more comfortable fit. The shorts have a full elastic waistband with a functional drawstring so if you needed to go up a size the elastic would work with you for a better fit.

This set is $50 and well worth the price for the quality and detailing. It is currently fully stocked.

Fiesta Pom-Pom Shorts

If these shorts don’t scream summer then I don’t know what will. These shorts were some of my first picks when we were sorting through looks for the trip. I saw someone post them in their try-on session and knew I had to have them. I just love the multi-colored pom-pom detailing around the hem.

They are only $32 and seem like such a perfect summer staple! I am wearing the size small and they have such a comfortable fit. The shorts have an elastic waistband with a drawstring tie. They were actually going to be worn as a swim cover-up because of how lightweight they are but I love them with this crop top too. You could wear a body suit or a fitted tank underneath and some cute sandals for the perfect summer look or throw on over your suit for the pool or beach.

These shorts are available in an XS-XL.

Nicole Square Neck Crop & Cambria Shorts

This crop top is selling like hot cakes! There’s no surprise there because it is only $25! You can’t have a price like that with super cute bows and expect it to stay in stock! This top literally goes with every single thing I tried it on with. There will be at least 3-4 photos in this blog post with me in this crop top. It is a must have. Some will show you can still wear a crop top without it even looking like a crop top. That outfit is for those of y’all who normally don’t like crops… like me!

I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. Sadly, the XS and S are both sold out but the M, L and XL are stocked. I am hoping Amaryllis does a restock so keep an eye out. The ties on the sleeves are adjustable so you can tie as you like. This fabric is a little thicker so it will not be sheer or see through.

Y’all know I love a good pair of cutoff shorts. These did not disappoint! They are more of a high-waisted fit. I am wearing the size 0 but honestly should have gone up to the 2 so they weren’t as cheeky. My bootie was hanging out a little but I guess that’s appropriate for the beach! They are  $40 and stocked from a size 0-12.

Abby Longline Cardigan

If you’re going to get one staple piece from this try-on I highly recommend this cardigan. These cardigans are great transitional pieces and come in 14 different colors. I don’t know about y’all but I always carry some sort of cardigan or lightweight jacket with me at all times no matter the season. Whether I am going to the movies, running errands, or just having a comfy layering piece. Cardigans are an absolute must for me.

I own this specific cardigan in 5-6 different colors. It is actually one of the only cardigans I have bought repeatedly in multiple colors. They are extremely soft, high quality and fit like a dream. I am wearing the size small and it definitely fits true to size. They go from Small all the way up to a 3X. Each cardigan is priced at $38 but you also get 20% off of that price with code DTK20.

Josie Paper Bag Shorts

Alright, I told y’all you can wear this crop top with everything. If you don’t like the crop top style on you then grab a pair of high waisted shorts! These paper bag shorts have been some of my favorites for summer. I always love seeing this style but have never owned a pair of my own that I truly loved, until now.

This type of short is extremely flattering especially when you have a tighter top on, such as a body suit. It will easily give you a sleek and slimming look. I have these shorts dressed down with sandals but they are extremely easy to dress up with a pair of heels or wedges for summer date night.

This style comes in 4 different colors and are only $35. All 4 colors are stocked from XS all the way up to XL. I am wearing the size small in this pair and think they fit true to size. The belt is adjustable so you can tie as needed for sizing.

Garden Noir Jumpsuit

This jumpsuit is another favorite of mine. It was one of the only jumpsuits I wore on the entire trip. Y’all know by now that it is extremely hard for me to find jumpsuits that fit my long torso especially if they aren’t strapless! Thankfully, this jumpsuit fit like an absolute dream. It is so comfortably and breezy I actually wore it around the house all day after this try-on session.

I wore this jumpsuit during our farewell dinner on the beach during the last night of the trip. Shockingly, I was the only person who chose this jumpsuit to wear the entire vacation! I don’t know why because it is beyond comfortable and so chic.

I am wearing the size small and I do think it runs true to size. It is a great jumpsuit option if you have a long torso since the straps are adjustable. There is an elastic waist band to ease the struggle of wrangling a jumpsuit. There are 2 pockets as well as ruffle detailing on the top which make this jumpsuit even more beautiful.

It’s only $45 and fully stocked from XS-XL. This is a great date night or event outfit that you can easily dress up or down. I love the idea of belting the waist as well.

Breezy Day Dress

This is one of the comfiest dresses of the entire trip. You can just tell by the photo that is is a loose, flowing fit that is absolutely perfect for the beach or even a pool day. I love the idea of even wearing this dress as a cute cover-up too.

This dress does come in 2 different colors; this rust (which I LOVE) and a sky blue. I am wearing the size small and it definitely has a very flowing fit. It definitely still runs true to size and does have adjustable cross back straps. This midi dress is not lined but it is a thicker silky feeling fabric that is not see through.

It is priced at $38 and is still fully stocked in both colors from S-XL.

Distressed Starry Eyed Sweater & Tahiti Crochet Shorts

This super comfy outfit was my outfit for a long day of travel back home to Austin. I’m not usually one to wear shorts to the airport but there is no AC anywhere in that airport and I needed to be as comfortable as possible. I opted for this sweater because of how lightweight the fabric is. It definitely is the perfect summer sweater for layering on chillier nights or just to throw on running errands.

I have this sweater in the navy and absolutely love it. This distressed sweater comes in 3 different colors and I love them all. It is only $40 and stocked from a S all the way to 3X. I am wearing the size small and think it is such a comfortable fit. Keep in mind this sweater is going to fit a little looser to be worn super casual or off the shoulder. I do love wearing it off the shoulder with a cute bralette underneath. You can also wear a cami or tank underneath as well.

The distressing detail and star print are what original drew me in to wanting this sweater and now I own 2 out of the 3 colors! It is a definite must have.

These crochet shorts are another must have of mine. They are probably one of my favorite pairs of shorts of the entire trip because they are so versatile and comfortable. Not only do they go with everything but they can be worn as a bathing suit cover up, as lounge shorts with a comfy tee or even dressed up with cute wedges!

They are only $35 and come in XS-XL. I am wearing the size small and think they fit true to size. You also have an elastic waist band with a drawstring to work with sizing too. The detailing on these shorts is just to die for. The fringe detail on the hem is so fun and the crochet lace is gorgeous!

Los Cabos Maxi Dress

Favorite maxi dress EVER. I wore this for our first breakfast at the villa and instantly fell in love. There are so many beautiful details on this dress! It would be absolutely perfect for a summer or beach vacation. It has a flattering fit and the back details are gorgeous!

Sizing wise, I ended up going with my usual size small. There is a halter neck and a tie in the back so you can work with sizing. The waist is also elastic. This dress is lined right above the knee and you do have 2 leg slits to have fun with too! It’s only $50 and stocked XS-XL!

Jade-Tie Waist Jumpsuit

RUN, don’t walk if you want this jumpsuit. This is another piece that is selling out at lighting speeds. Seriously, though. The small and medium sizes are already gone in the black but large and XL are still stocked. This jumpsuit does come in 3 colors but sizing is going fast on all colors. There is a heather blue and a camouflage but hurry!

It’s honestly not surprising sizing are selling out so fast. This jumpsuit is so unbelievably comfortable and only $38. I actually wore this outfit for my long travel day to Turks & Caicos, because I had to get up at 2am and would be traveling over 12 hours so comfort was key.

I am wearing a small and do think it fit true to size. There is a drawstring tie if you want to make this jumpsuit a little more fitted.

Telia Button Maxi Dress

This dress is one of the most comfortable maxi dresses I have ever worn. The fabric is so lightweight which gives this dress such a flattering fit. I actually sized down to the XS in this dress. There are so many details on this maxi dress that help with the fit. Including the drawstring waist that can be tied for a more fitted look or you can keep it looser for a comfy feel. The buttons are functional and the shoulder straps are adjustable. I do want to note that you can also wear this dress with a small bump.
