You’ve probably shared great fashion tips with your friends; now there’s a way to make money off your great advice. Let me introduce you to Split app; one of the best ways, I’ve found, to monetize link sharing, clicks and purchasing. And it’s extremely easy! So stop sharing, start Splitting! You should now never share links the old fashioned way again!

Split works with thousands of retailers already and chances are, if you’re sharing a product online, it will be associated with a referral program automatically covered by Split! So let me explain how easy the Split app is to use. Within seconds you can share any website to any and all of your contacts.

The easiest way to use Split (by far) is the Split Share Extension. Not only do you get $5 the first time you use it, but it sits right in the share menu of Safari so that you can access Split in a heartbeat as soon as you come across a link in Safari that you’d like to share! Check out the image below to see what I mean!

First – Download the app from the App Store and create your account. You will then be able to see your activity feed, be able to invite friends to join Split and also see your clicks and sales.

Second – In the top Google search bar, type in a website you’d like to send links from. I’ve used Nordstrom as an example since their huge Anniversary Sale is going on. Once you type in the website, click Search. The full mobile site should then load.

Third – Continue to search the site until you find the item you are looking for. You can also send full websites as well with no product specified. You will notice there is a “Split it!” option at the bottom of the screen. Whenever you have found your product or site and are ready to send a link, just click “Split it!”

Fourth – Next you’ll head on to the next screen to enter in your contacts and write a little note to the person or people you are emailing your links to. Once this is complete you will be taken out of the app to your email where you will finally send your Split out.

Confused? Too good to be true? Let me explain. Practically everything you do in this app is a way to earn extra money. This app literally just creates a special link for you, puts it right in your email and then pays you once you share, once the recipient clicks and then pays if they buy. This is such a great way to make a simple, extra income just by sharing web links to your friends, family or colleagues, especially if you’re a shopper.
