Over the past few years, the topic of women’s empowerment has been at the center of attention in the media. As a female influencer and commercial wardrobe stylist in the film industry, I love supporting other women. Especially since the social media world can sometimes be harsh on our confidence. I also love working with brands that build other women up, like Chloe Wine Collection who are on a mission to help recognize women in film. Before I get into why I am loving this brand, I obviously had to talk about the tasty wine that I got to try out!

Chloe Wine Collection has a wide selection of varietals, all coming from some of the best wine regions in the world. I’m always curious to learn how wineries come up with the name for their brand, so when I looked up the meaning behind the word “Chloe” I found out that it stems from the Greek word which means “blooming”. After tasting a few of their wines, it’s very obvious that “Chloe” was the perfect choice. Mainly because all of the flavors and aromas in their wine are radiant. I love enjoying a glass of Chloe’s Pinot Grigio while I’m cooking dinner, or just lounging around on the back patio… or basically anytime in the evenings.

You know I can go on, and on about wine. So let me stop myself right here. But, before I go, I want to share that Chloe and Women in Film are celebrating women through their “She Directed” contest, which recognizes and rewards female filmmakers that  feature women at the center of their work. To learn more about the contest and vote for your favorite film, you can visit Chloe’s website here. Public voting starts on July 8th and closes on August 7th.  Five  winners  will receive a mentorship session from Women In Film professionals. Then one person will receive the Grand Prize of $10,000. So don’t forget to vote!
