By now y’all are well aware of my love for all things Walmart fashion. They have quickly become my go-to, one-stop-shop for clothing, shoes and accessories. I am so hooked that I peruse their website on an almost daily basis. I want to find y’all the best deals that are also extremely high quality for the price. There’s nothing worse than being excited for an amazing deal only to get the product and it has less than amazing quality.  Which is why I’m excited about these affordable fall outfits that I’ll be sharing with you today.

I am someone that cringes at the thought of spending my money on clothing. Don’t get me wrong, I do love saving on splurge pieces but those are literally going to last me a lifetime. Or those are pieces I can pass down to my future child, if we go that route. But clothing isn’t something I am willing to splurge on unless it is a beautiful leather jacket, but even then, some faux leather jackets look just as nice!

My favorite thing about fashion is how you can easily mix and match high end pieces with extremely affordable pieces. This has become the norm when putting outfits together these days. I remember I used to fill my closet with all designer clothing when I worked for Neiman Marcus. Now, it is all extremely affordable pieces.

I threw on my favorite Walmart maxi dress for date night. Grayson was like oh, it’s your favorite Walmart dress paired with your ridiculously expensive Chanel Bag and $400 sunglasses. Anyway. My new Walmart arrived a couple days ago and I couldn’t wait to share what I ordered.

This order was all about finding pieces that can still be worn now and transition into Fall. When I placed my order I noticed that this almost seemed like a sort of capsule wardrobe. Almost everything can work with one another and it covers all of the bases from casual, dressy and workwear.

7 Affordable Fall Outfits from Walmart

Sofia Vergara Cold Shoulder Top + Jeans

This top was one of the first items on my list. It really stood out to me as a top you can get away with wearing now with shorts and sandals but also wear with jeans and heels. This top can easily be dressed up or dressed down. It’s even long enough you could wear this with leggings.

I loved this ruffled beauty so much I ended up order it in 2 out of the 4 colors it comes in! The fabric is extremely soft and thankfully, it is fully lined. This top is only $29 and I am wearing the size small. I do think it fits true to size and has a very comfortable fit.

Let’s talk denim! To be honest, I have always been hesitant to buy denim from Walmart. In my head I was thinking they wouldn’t be high quality, the fit would be off, etc. I ended up choosing about 3 pairs of denim and ordered two sizes in each to make sure I found the perfect fit.

I ended up keeping two pairs of denim; the dark wash pair in these photos and then an awesome leopard pair you will see soon! Y’all. These jeans fit amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a more flattering pair of jeans. They don’t pull and whisker at the thigh and they suck you in in all of the right spots! These honestly fit better than most of my designer jeans and they are only $25!!

I ended up sizing down to a 0 because they do have a little stretch to them. You should be ok to stick with your usual size. I would suggest ordering a couple sizes just to be safe. Walmart offers free returns!

White Thermal Long Sleeve Top

If you love a good Free People dupe, this is for you! This thermal top is nearly identical to the Free People version but at a fraction of the price. And when I say fraction, it’s $13! Personally, I would rather spend $13 than over $100 or whatever they are selling for these days. The quality is extremely comparable too!

I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. If you have bigger arms I would suggest sizing up. It is a little tighter on the arms. This top is also long enough that you can wear with leggings and it will still cover everything! It is a little on the sheer side. I have a normal bra on with this top but might trade that out for a cami or a bralette. It does come in 4 other colors too!

Black Maxi Dress

This has been one of my favorite maxi dresses this summer. I actually ordered this dress over a month ago and completely forgot it was from Walmart! Of course, I had to add it into this try-on session because it is a piece you can wear now! It is still fully stocked and perfect for summer. You can easily transition this into Fall by throwing on a black Moto jacket and a pair of sneakers!

This dress comes in 3 different colors and is only $26! I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. The straps are also adjustable. It is an extremely comfortable fit especially during these scorching hot days. The details are stunning on this dress. It has a slight ruffle/peplum detail along the bottom. This dress is also a mini high-low maxi dress which is fun to see.

Black Sleeveless Ruched Dress and Moto Jacket

Here is another favorite little black mini dress. You can wear this affordable fall outfit now and wear it even later in the season! This is one of the most versatile pieces in the batch. I have it paired more Fall-like but you can easily dress it up with a pair of heels or throw on some black sandals. Best part about this dress is that it is only $15!! Say what?! 

This dress will also work with a bump! It has quite a bit of extra room in the stomach due to the ruching details. Kinda looks like I have a baby bump in this pic. 🤣 More like a food baby. 

I am wearing the size small and think it fits true to size. Last I looked it was still fully stocked from XS-3X. It is beyond soft and comfortable!! I have been lounging around the house in this dress more than I would like to admit.

I absolutely love the look of a tighter mini dress paired with OTK boots and a Moto jacket for Fall. This is definitely one of my go-to looks during the cooler months. I’m sure y’all have seen extremely similar outfits on me before! That means you know it’s a good one!

The moto jacket I am wearing is also from Walmart and only $25. I am wearing the size small and it does fit true to size. I believe this jacket is stocked from a small to a XL.

This jacket is well worth $25! It is obviously faux leather but there are so many amazing details on this jacket that you wouldn’t expect for $25. Overall, if you are looking for a great looking black Moto for Fall and Winter, this is a great option.

Leopard Top and Black Leggings

Alright, I’m going to switch gears here for this outfit. It’s so rare that I get to share anything workwear related with you guys. I haven’t had an office job in 11 years and being on set 15+ hours a day requires a lot of comfortable clothing.

I was instantly drawn to this beautiful leopard top when I first saw it online. It reminded me of one of the tops that was on the NSALE but sold out within days. The quality of this top is equal if not better than the Nordstrom version at a fraction of the price. This top is priced right at $19.

I am wearing the size small and I do think that it fits true to size. This top is a great length, especially if you want to wear it with leggings. It is such a versatile top that could work really well for work, date night or even with a pair of shorts. You can tuck it in to a cute pencil skirt with a blazer and be set for work.

The entire neck is smocked which makes of ran extremely comfortable and flattering fit.

These leggings also caught my eye when I saw them online. Mainly because they were only $15 and looked like they should be on the Neimans website. I put them in my cart hoping the quality was going to be up to my standards and sure enough, it was. The quality on these leggings is phenomenal. I would have guessed they were over $100 if I saw them anywhere.

The fabric is nice and thicker so they aren’t see through. I ended up sizing down to the XS because I like my leggings on the tighter side. They have a thicker waist band that sucks you in in the right spots and it has a back zip closure. And I almost forgot to mention the best part! There is a velvet stripe that goes down the side of both legs that looks so chic!

Black Cold Shoulder Top and Leopard Denim

This isn’t an outfit I would usually pick for myself. When I saw these leopard jeans, I just knew I had to try them out and I fell in love! The fit is absolutely amazing on these jeans. They are the same brand as the first pair of jeans I showed y’all in this post. If you are going to buy any jeans from Walmart I definitely suggest the Sofia Vergara denim.

I ended up sizing down to a 0. For me, they run a tad large and I really like my skinny jeans fitting on the tighter side. Denim always stretches out on me or ends up trying to fall down! This outfit would look awesome with a pair of OTK boots and a Moto jacket or blazer!

This top might look a little familiar to y’all. It is actually the black version of the first top in this post. The details are all the same so I won’t sound like a broken record! It is an extremely versatile top though. I think it is probably even more versatile than the ivory version. The black can go with denim, leopard jeans, the leopard skirt I’ll show y’all, shorts, leggings, etc.

Leopard Pencil Skirt

I saw this leopard skirt on the Walmart site and immediately fell in love. I don’t know why but I am gravitating towards any an all leopard for Fall. Maybe it is because leopard has completely taken over the fashion scene. It was nice to see a black and grey leopard though. I do love wearing leopard as a neutral and the black and grey is definitely more my style.

This skirt is also by Sofia Vergara and has the same fit as the denim. I sized down to a 0 in the skirt as I always size down in my pencil skirts. The tighter and sleeker the fit, the better! You can definitely get away with wearing this skirt now with a tank or a body suit underneath and easily transition it into Fall with a pair of OTK boots and a Moto jacket.

It is only $24 and definitely a versatile staple for your wardrobe. I feel like I will get multiple wears out of this skirt in completely different outfits.

I also wanted to show y’all an edgier, fall version of this skirt. This is one of the more popular ways I would choose to wear this outfit for Fall. But y’all already know I love my Moto jackets and OTK boots! This is the same Moto jacket I talked about above. It is extremely versatile and such a great staple jacket to have. Especially for $25!

Black and White Printed Strapless Maxi Dress

I know I added this in my last blog post but I noticed some of the sizes are still available! This dress would be gorgeous to transition into Fall with a black Moto jacket.

This dress is priced right at $33 and is selling out fast. By the time I saw this dress and came back to order the small was already sold out! I loved this dress so much I ended up ordered the medium and praying it would work. To my excitement, the fit is absolutely perfect! There are Larges all the way to 3X still available.

Overall, the fit of this dress is beyond flattering. The top has an elastic band for a comfortable fit and the waist is also elastic with a functional drawstring. I personally love dresses with elastic and drawstring waists because if your size isn’t available you can easily size up or down, like I did.

The details on this dress are just so stunning. There is a fun ruffle detail that goes all the way around the top. This maxi has the cutest faux mother of pearl buttons going down the front. Thankfully, they are not functional so you don’t have to worry about anything pulling open. The dress is not lined either but I did not noticed it being see through whatsoever.
