It’s finally here! SXSW… the long awaited Austin music festival that either makes you want to gouge your eyes out and leave town or makes you jump for joy! I feel as though I am in the middle of this group; tolerant.  I hate the traffic but I love great events with new people.

I have shown a few SXSW inspiration outfits to keep you stylish and comfy from my latest shoot with Austin Woman Magazine. And if you’re in Austin, go grab you a copy!!

First things first… Comfort is key! All of the looks below I would personally wear all day, especially walking around. Layers are a MUST!  Who knows what this crazy Texas weather is going to do, so I always wear a light jacket that can easily be stored away in a tote or backpack.  Comfortable shoes… the next must have on my list! You will be in terrible PAIN if you wear uncomfortable shoes during SXSW. All of that walking and standing is a killer on your feet. I suggest wearing something that you wouldn’t mind walking around in for 12 hours straight.  That should narrow the list down significantly!
