WAYF does it again! Wrap dresses have always been one thing, in addition to rompers, that I have always wanted to wear and actually look normal in. Obviously, the romper thing wasn’t working with my long torso, but I couldn’t ever figure out why wrap dresses looked like crap on me. I think it was because I wouldn’t wrap them tight enough and my crotch would end up getting exposed. And who wants that?!
I used to obsess over all of the GORGEOUS DVF wrap dresses, especially when I was working for Neiman Marcus and got that sweet discount! I would try them on and just think to myself, something is NOT right… This looks ridiculous on me! I couldn’t figure out if it was because I’m too busty, yet really petite for them or if I just couldn’t figure out how to wrap the damn things! Does anyone else have this problem?! Or am I literally the only one!? Worry no more… I have great news! I FINALLY found a wrap dress that didn’t look totally ridiculous on me!
WAYF has been one of my favorite brands since I heard about them a little over a year ago. Their price points are absolutely amazing and they create such classic pieces, you never have to worry about them going out of style. This striped beauty is priced at just over $70 and perfect for any summer outing you have planned. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, date night, weddings, etc. I mean this thing is so versatile and comfy I am practically living in it!
It’s beyond easy to dress up or dress down too. I paired this dress with some fab lace-up wedges from Sole Society. They are navy and beige and matched the dress perfectly! I feel like with a simple dress like this you need a fun pair of shoes to give that extra WOW factor! These lace-ups felt perfect with the slit in the dress that you eye is immediately drawn to them! I definitely felt super sexy in this dress!
