{Must Have Sole Society Fall Staples}

Have I mentioned how ready I am for Fall? The heat index in Texas is over 115 right now I literally just can’t take the heat. Especially when every single retailer is rolling out everything Fall related. I’ve resorted to trapping myself inside (I refuse to be outside in this heat) so I can actually show y’all all of my new Fall favorites without having a heat stroke. With that being said, I am already full force in strategically planning out my Sole Society Fall staples to add to my wardrobe.

There is nothing worse than spending mass amounts of money on clothing, shoes and accessories that will end up sitting in your closet unworn at the end of the season. I am all about creating some sort of capsule wardrobe whether it is with your clothing or your shoes and accessories. I absolutely despise overspending on clothing.

My goal when shopping for a new season is to first study each piece for quality and functionality. Then I start planning out how many different ways I can wear each piece I am considering purchasing. If I can think of over 5 different ways to wear something, I will most likely purchase. And lastly, each item has to work for multiple seasons.

In this post I am sharing 7 (technically 8 because there are 2 of the same hat) of my Fall staples from Sole Society. I have loved Sole Society‘s shoes and handbags for years. Their pieces are extremely high quality and just trendy enough that they will still be in style after multiple seasons.

Sole Society Fall Staples

I wanted to start out with the pieces you can wear now. By now, you guys know that I love these Leith ruched body-con sleeveless dresses. I have done countless amounts of posts with them. They are extremely affordable, work with any accessories and can be worn during any season. This white dress is currently on major sale and perfect for summer.

I have this dress paired with this lightweight, knit wrap. I was drawn to the color of this cardigan. It is a beautiful ivory color which works perfectly in the Summer and into Fall. This wrap also comes in a mauve color that would be gorgeous for the cooler months.

Not to mention, this wrap is such a comfortable fit. It is a little on the oversized side because it is one size fits all. Personally, I absolutely love the cozy fit. It has cocoon sleeves, pom-pom details and an open front. This wrap is definitely the perfect travel companion! I always have a cardigan within an arms reach at all times whether it’s in my car for errands, in my tote for the movies, etc.

These Patsy suede, wedge booties are another must have for Fall. They are such a beautiful color. It really reminds me of the Fall leaves and pumpkin spice lattes! Even though I secretly hate those drinks! These booties have a round toe, inside side zipper closure and a wedge heel.  They also come in 3 colors too! For those who asked on Instagram, these do run true to size but order up if you wear thicker socks.

This leopard bag is another beautiful addition for Fall. I have been on the search for a chic, leopard bag for months now. I am so picky with my bags so when I saw this on their website I was instantly sold! It is such a great size; not too big, not too small and it also comes with a removable cross-body strap.

Another item in my list of Fall staples have to be a great pair of black boots. These Paloma wedge boots are a beautiful black suede and also come in grey. They have a stacked wedge heel which makes them even more comfortable and there is an adjustable buckle on the side.

The wedge on these boots is 3″ with a calf circumference of 14.5″ and a boot shaft of 22″. I always have people asking if they work with larger calves and I do thin these are roomy enough to at least try out. I personally think these boots run true to size but again, if you are going to wear thicker socks then size up.

This vegan leather tote is another must have for Fall and Winter. Isn’t this cognac color so stunning? It does come in a black and a gorgeous grey as well. Shockingly enough, this was my favorite color out of the 3! This tote is absolutely perfect if you have an office job where you need to carry a laptop everyday. Or for someone like me who is working from coffee shops 24/7.

There are 2 large spaces in this tote. One has a magnetic closure and the other has a zip closure with the cutest tassel zipper pull. Here are the measurements if you are trying to figure out if your laptop will fit. The width is 15.25″ and the depth is 12.7″.

Mixing it up With Black

Moving on to my favorite, black! This is the same exact dress as the white version but in black. I really wanted to share how all of the same Sole Society shoes and accessories will go with any color for Summer into Fall.

I won’t go into detail on each piece since I covered it all above but at least you can see how each item would look with an all black outfit. I just love how the ivory cardigan pops with a darker background, especially with the leopard bag.

I wasn’t planning on pairing these brown booties with the black dress but I absolutely love how they bring out the brown in the leopard bag. Who says you can’t wear black and brown together?!

Throwing in Some Grey

Moving on to a completely different outfit. Well, sort of. I am still sporting the same dress but in a long sleeve version. The only new accessory I have added in this look is the leopard scarf. I’m such a fan of wearing scarves in Fall and Winter. They make the best accessories especially if you need a little extra oomph added to your outfit.

This oversized scarf comes in 2 different colors; this grey and then your standard leopard. I personally loved the grey and black since it would flow with what I wear more of in the Fall. It is priced at $30 and such a staple piece. I show how to wear it a couple different ways in the photos below.

One thing I did want to point out is the black bag in the images. This bag is actually the leopard bag just turned around! Talk about versatility!

Those are things that I look for when shopping for new pieces to add into my wardrobe. Most people would never think to just turn the bag around and you have a completely different looking bag! It’s essentially two bags for the price of one.Must Have Sole Society Fall Staples by popular Austin fashion blog, Dressed to Kill: image of a woman wearing a grey rouched body-con dress, Sole Society Paloma Wedge Boots, leopard print oversized scarf, and holding a black Zypa Satchel.
