Is anyone else blown away that January is almost over… This year is literally going to be over in the blink of an eye and I can’t say that I’m pleased! 🙁 Now that Valentine’s is upon us, it’s time to start planning for that perfect date night look or the perfect look for staying in! Let’s start out with the obvious… Did anyone notice anything different with this post?? Could it be that I am wearing RED?! Now, more importantly, who else is still looking for that perfect Valentine’s Day outfit? If that person would be you then keep reading!
Before we dive in, I want to know what everyone’s plans are for Valentine’s Day?? Grayson and I always say it’s a made up holiday so we never really go all out; no gifts, no date night, just relaxing together with Mr. Steven! We did get a wedding gift to Bob’s Steak and Chop house in Austin (one of our faves!) and were hoping to use it for V-day. BUT this shoulder surgery has other plans for me and we will probably stay in because how can one look super sexy with a massive shoulder brace on!? Imagine a super cute, sexy dress and then BAM, a huge brace that takes up my whole upper half (seriously). As a stylist, I can’t even make that look good!
If you are planning a fun night out and really want to WOW your man, this gorgeous dress from Aidan by Aidan Mattox has just the right touch of sexy without going overboard. I’m not one to be extremely revealing; I’d actually prefer being covered up at most times, but I definitely fell in love with the detailing on this dress, especially the open back. It’s actually the perfect length for all of those thinking it looks too short! I have an outrageously long torso so it definitely looks much shorter on me. Fear not, it shouldn’t be too short on all of you lucky ladies with perfect torsos! 🙂 So far, all sizes are still in stock!
