If you know me, I love dogs and I love giving back however I can. When you combine those two things you know I’ll do anything I can to be involved. A few weeks ago my great friend, Kelly Wynne, invited me to be a part of the PAWsh Puppy Fashion Show they were hosting at her new store at the Domain. This show was to launch her new dog collar and leash collection, Cloud K9 that will be available for purchase in a few weeks and also to benefit Austin Pet’s Alive. Steven and I didn’t even have to think twice before we 100% agreed to be a part of the modeling fun! For those of y’all who were able to make the show last week I wanted to give everyone a recap of the doggy cuteness!

Prior to us arriving we were told there was going to be a sign on the back door to let us know we were in the right spot. As we arrive to the back I noticed the cutest and funniest sign saying Model Entrance! Seriously, it was adorable! All of the dogs and their owners congregated in the back while all of the guests arrived and enjoyed the tastiest drinks and snacks! The entire store was set up so cute!! I added a few pics if y’all missed being there! Sprinkles even made special doggy cupcakes for the special event.

Now, time for the puppy fashion show shenanigans! Each dog and their owner had a fun song to walk out to while Lucy, the store manager announces fun facts about the dogs and the collars/leashes they are wearing. Steven and I got a fun questionnaire to answer prior to the show that was read out when we were walking! Steven had to reveal who his favorite dog crush was and everything! (P.S. That’s totally changed since he met Darla!😍) I’ll be sure to add his questions and answers below!

First to walk were Kelly’s 2 King Charles Cavaliers, Fonzi and Darla. They were wearing Velvet Skies and Velvet Skies/Mint Julep collars/leashes and walked to Who Let the Dogs Out!

Next up was the ever-so-handsome, Rocco the Pug! Rocco was wearing his collar/leash in Daydream and walked out to If You Want it to be Good Girl (Bad Boy)!

Third, we had The Darling Detail’s cutie pie, Chloe! She was dazzling in the Sparkling Rosé collar and leash and walked out to Barbie Girl! I mean, seriously so fitting, it was adorable!!

Fourth was my baby, Steven Jalapeño! He was such a trooper and absolutely LOVED all of the attention! He seriously strutted his stuff like he was a pro! He was wearing the prettiest gold and neutral color, Sugar Cube/Gold Leaf and walked out to…. wait for it…. Wild Thing! 🐶

Last but not least was Marlow! She was a guest dog from Austin Pets Alive, which is who the event is benefitting and will actually be up for adoption soon! If you’re interested in adopting Marlow, click HERE for more info. She was wearing her leash/collar in Monarch and walked to the sweetest and most fitting song ever; Take me Home Tonight! Makes me teary eyed thinking about it!!

The event was complete with drinks, treats (for humans plus take home treats for pups from Sprinles), and confetti filled poppers will be provided to all guests! There was also the cutest puppy kissing booth provided by Austin Pets Alive! Obviously, Steven was NOT pleased when daddy tried to kiss him!

What is your dog’s favorite treat? His favorite human treat is the last bite of my waffle cone from Lick!

What is your dog scared of? Thunderstorms

What task does your dog hate the most? He absolutely hates when he gets dingleberries and is even more embarrassed when we have to physically go pick him up and clean him off.

In another life, your dog would have been an… Ewok.

Who is your dogs celebrity crush? Digby and Alo Van Winkle (But he recently changed his mind and has a real life crush on Darla!!)
